Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love what you get from TekCrate. If something’s off, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

🔁 Returns

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Buyer pays return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Contact us at [email protected] before returning anything.

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we messed up.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or clearance items
• Digital products or downloads
• Custom or made-to-order items
