Welcome to the TekCrate Returns Center — a place where logic meets USB confusion. Because our “products” are part of a digital art project and not actually shipped, most returns are purely theoretical. Still, in the spirit of good customer experience (and better satire), here’s how our process would work if TekCrate existed in the physical realm.

2. Non-Physical Merchandise

All items listed on TekCrate.store are conceptual or illustrative. They may look real, feel real, and include complete specifications, but they are works of parody. As such, there are no tangible products to return, and no payments are processed.

3. Refunds

If you somehow managed to make a purchase through cosmic error, don’t worry — we won’t keep your money. Just email us and we’ll “reverse the charge” with gratitude and a wink. Otherwise, rest assured that your browser is the only thing that spent anything here.

4. Damaged or Defective Goods

Our products can’t technically break, though our jokes sometimes do. If an image fails to load or a description offends your inner engineer, consider it part of the experience and refresh responsibly.

5. Exchanges

We don’t exchange items because everything is unique, imaginary, and delivered instantly to your imagination. However, you’re always welcome to scroll to something even weirder.
